GIBO Group chooses for digital dossiers with Hyarchis.Net

Eindhoven, January 14th 2010 – GIBO Group accountants and advisors selected Hyarchis.Net, the Enterprise Content Management system for digital filing from VDD IQware. With Hyarchis.Net, GIBO Group can make the digital filing easier and the paper trail will be reduced. The GIBO Group counts more than sixty branches, who together serve about 30.000 companies. The implementation of Hyarchis.Net is in line with the notion ‘dossiervorming en archivering’, to which digital dossiers should comply.

Creating, processing and maintaining the dossiers is an extensive administrative process, which is simplified and streamlined by the digitalization. All documents, faxes and e-mails of the last 3 year are stored in a central location in Hyarchis.net in digital format. The dossiers are uniform and accessible by all authorized personnel at any time, and from any location Furthermore, GIBO Group realizes a significant space and cost saving with this project.

GIBO Group Emmeloord is the first office who implemented Hyarchis.Net. After this test phase, Hyarchis.Net now will be implemented at all GIBO Group Offices.
