Akbank have chosen Hyarchis.Net for digitalizing documentfiles

Amsterdam/Eindhoven, January 14th 2010 – VDD IQware is chosen by Akbank to implement her Enterprise Content Management system Hyarchis.Net. This financial institution will utilize Hyarchis.Net for digitalizing the client- and credit files. In these digital files not only application forms and ID-documents will be stored, but also all incoming letters, e-mail messages, payments and transaction statements will be scanned, indexed and archived. Hyarchis.Net will also be used as workflow system within the retail banking departments in the Netherlands, Germany and England. Furthermore,Hyarchis.Net will be used internally for things like processing invoices.

Akbank has decided to digitize her document flows, because with thousands of customers, they have extensive document flows to digest daily. So far, these documents have been kept in large paper files. Manually retrieving those documents took a lot of time. Moreover Akbank wanted a single, central and safe storage for her documents. Akbank has chosen for Hyarchis.Net because the system is easy in use and, after only a short training, users could work with the system immediately. Hyarchis.Net provides comprehensive autorisation models, which make documents only accesible for authorized personel Additionally Hyarchis.Net is easy to integrate in the back office systems.
