VDD IQware introduces Steven Jocken as Customer Support Egineer

Eindhoven, January 11th 2010 – VDD IQware, the developer and provider of the Enterprise Content Management System Hyarchis.Net, expands the Customer Support Team with Steven Jocken (30). In this function he is the first contact for Hyarchis.Net users. With his years of experience in customer support it is now possible for VDD IQware to expand the service to her customers.

Steven has work experience as ‘junior below the line marketing executive’ with the Belgium energy supplier SPE and as customer service employee with the energy supplier Lampiris. In his function to SPE he was responsible for the internal online support of HDC, the Document Composition building block of Hyarchis.Net, before known as Docalot. Here, he was introduced to the product, and originates his enthusiasm for IT.

“When VDD IQware approached me for this job, I was immediately interested”, says Steven. “Because of my experience with the product and the organization via my past employer, I think it is very nice to work at the company myself. VDD IQware is a very nice and young organization where I can get a lot of freedom to share my knowledge about communication with customers and use my knowledge to accomplish improvements. I see this as an exciting challenge to raise the quality of customer contact to a new/ higher level.”
