developed and supplied by VDD IQware, is being deployed as a component of
CompleetDossier.nl, a service product from FlexFront, the specialist in virtual
secondment. With CompleetDossier.nl, FlexFront focuses on taking over all the
transactions required in dealing with clients’ dossiers from agencies acting as
sales and consultancy intermediaries for companies providing financial and
commercial products and services. The agencies are then freed from the burden of
dealing with the administrative requirements, and are able to focus purely on
providing their sales and consultancy services to their clients.
Hyarchis.Net is being implemented by FlexFront under the name FlexNet, and
provides intermediary agents with insight into their clients’ dossiers. Once the
quotation or proposal has been signed, the agent is able to rely on the
CompleetDossier team to carry out all the processes required to complete the
dossier. They ensure that all the necessary forms and documents for the dossier
are received, agreed and countersigned on time. All the dossier’s forms and
documents, from bank guarantees to employer’s declarations, are recorded in the

basis, so they can always be aware of the status of their clients’ dossiers.
