VDD IQware signs reseller agreement with DocScan

Waalre/Heino, 27 November 2007 – VDD IQware, supplier of the Hyarchis.Net enterprise content management solution, and DocScan have signed a reseller agreement at the VDD IQware client event. DocScan will offer Hyarchis.Net to the SME sector as SaaS (Software as a Service) from the spring of 2008.

The new reseller agreement makes digitizing of document flows available to businesses in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. By offering Hyarchis.Net on a subscription basis, companies with a limited IT budget can now store their structured and unstructured documents centrally. As well as handling the sales, provision of advice and implementation of the solution, DocScan will also offer additional document-related services. When the usual staff are absent, DocScan can scan incoming mail and place it in Hyarchis.Net. Users can access their own from anywhere at any time via the Internet. DocScan also offers data entry solutions that automate the processing of forms within organizations, such as time sheets, delivery notes and questionnaires, and process them digitally them using data capture systems.
