dFlow deploy Hyarchis.Net for legal document and knowledge management

Waalre/Eindhoven, 25 October 2007 - VDD IQware, developer of the Hyarchis.Net Enterprise Content Management System, and dFlow are bringing a document and knowledge management solution to the market under the name dFlow.Net. dFlow is a supplier of software systems for the legal market in the Netherlands, and is a subsidiary of nFlow, a global provider of digital dictation solutions.

Legal professionals are confronted with flows of digital and paper documents that are filed in client dossiers. This is a time consuming process, since each of them needs to be indexed and filed by hand. dFlow.Net digitizes and gives structure to the whole dossier formation process. All digital documents, such as e-mails, text files, spreadsheets and media files can now be stored centrally and securely. The paper documents are scanned on arrival at the secretariat, automatically indexed and placed in the correct digital dossier.
