Eindhoven, April 18, 2011 – VDD IQware, developer and provider of
the Enterprise Content Management System Hyarchis.Net, has strengthened its
software development team with the addition of Jeroen Geuijen as .Net programmer
and Joost Aarts as team leader. The appointment of Jeroen and the promotion of
Joost both make a good fit with the growth objectives of VDD IQware and make a
very real contribution to the proactive and far-reaching product development of
Hyarchis.Net as a standard ECM solution.
Joost Aarts (32) began his career at VDD IQware ten years ago, so he has been
involved in the development of Hyarchis.Net since the very beginning. As team
leader he is responsible for the coordination of all of the team’s activities.
In doing so he establishes and maintains a bridge between business and IT, and
translates the demands of clients and the VDD IQware commercial team alike into
technological possibilities. “Software development is a creative process,” says
Joost about his new role, “whereby we always take the practical suitability and
application of the solution that we’re developing as our starting point. My goal
as team leader is to raise the team as a whole to a higher level by creating
more structure and sharing knowledge more efficiently.”
Jeroen Geuijen (23) is a quick starter when it comes to software development. He
only recently retrained as a programmer and chose to specialize in the area of
VB.Net and SQL applications. “I found the young, dynamic character of VDD IQware
to be extremely appealing,” says Jeroen about his new employer. “Here I get
