Hyarchis.Net is expanded with the addition of the Content Processing buildingblock
Waalre, 12 November 2008 – VDD IQware has further expanded the functionality of
its Hyarchis.Net Enterprise Content Management System with the addition of
Content Processing. This new building block makes it easy to design, compose,
produce and distribute letters, quotes, contracts, policies and other documents
in Hyarchis.Net. The desired content, driven by the data, is automatically added
to the document from Hyarchis.Net in predefined templates that are easily
adapted the organization’s house style. Then it is only a matter of deciding
which output format to use and whether the document is printed, faxed, mailed or
archived.
By using Hyarchis.Net Content Processing, the most recent address details, the
correct text fragments and the desired data is always automatically included in
the document. This not only leads to significant efficiency gains and fewer
mistakes, but also ensures that documents are presented consistently and as
intended to customers and other business partners. It is also possible to create
and send pre-prepared batches automatically, for example when
transaction-related data is processed for documents such as monthly statements.
All information, templates and documents are stored in Hyarchis.Net’s manageable
archive. A predetermined access rights structure ensures that the data can only
be accessed by authorized employees.

can also be used as a freestanding application.
