Management system from VDD IQware, is being deployed by Eredivisie C.V. to
improve its document management. The organization runs the Eredivisie, the top
soccer division in the Netherlands and the equivalent of the UK’s Premier
League. Eredivisie C.V. has chosen an ECM system as they need to manage large
flows of paper documents, including post, contracts and files of documents for
the Eredivisie clubs and others. A significant growth in the number of documents
had made it increasingly difficult and time-consuming for the organization to
manage and retrieve information from them. By digitizing the documents and
storing them centrally, they have brought their document flows back under
control. All incoming paper and digital documents are scanned and stored in
