all business processes relating to special management of mortgages using
Hyarchis.Net, the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system of VDD IQware.
Qollect is the business process outsourcing organization for special management
of mortgages and consumer loans. Qollect uses Hyarchis.Net Document Management
system primarily to digitize all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Through
the deployment of this solution within the organization the quality of the work
processes improved, search times are reduced and there is a reduction of paper

Before the introduction of paperless working Qollect made use of more than 3,500
paper dossiers. Now all letters, documents and e-mails are stored in digital
form at one central location. The digital availability of existing dossiers and
incoming mail makes it possible to work faster and more efficiently. Each
authorized employee, can regardless of time and place look into the digital
dossiers, so they always have a full insight on the status of a customer. This
high accessibility improves communication with the customer and professionalizes
the services provided.
