Hyarchis.Net, has developed a
solution which digitizes and stores documents directly from a multifunction
printer (MFP) into the dossiers of Hyarchis.Net. With the introduction of the
MFP Connector, Hyarchis.Net will take away all manual interventions in the scan
process, which saves al lot of time.
The Hyarchis.Net MFP Connector allows MFP’s to directly scan into Hyarchis.Net
Document Management dossiers. Rather than scanning a document to an e-mail inbox
and manually store the document, users now have direct access to Hyarchis.Net
(client) dossiers from the MFP display. With just a few clicks on the MFP
display, users can scan and store documents directly in a specific section in a
particular dossier. Inefficient and delaying intermediate stages through e-mail,
mailrooms, secretaries and record keepers are made redundant.
